How much does a handyman visit cost?
The diagnostic/service call is $129 and covers the trip plus the first 30 minutes of diagnosis. It's 100% credited toward any repair you approve. Minimum labor is $150 per visit. Most small jobs are quoted as a flat price before we start. See the pricing section above.
Do you really work nights, weekends and holidays?
Yes, 365 days a year. Emergencies are handled around the clock with a $120 after-hours call-out fee. For non-urgent work we'll book the earliest slot that works for you, often the same day.
What areas do you serve?
Fairfax, Arlington, Alexandria and surrounding Northern Virginia. Not sure if you're in range? Call and ask.
Can I bundle several small jobs?
That's the best way to do it. The half-day rate ($295 for 4 hours) is built for exactly that. One visit, one price for the whole list.
Are parts included in the price?
Prices are labor only unless noted. Parts and materials are billed at cost with the receipt included. Or you can buy the parts yourself and we'll install them.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Proof of insurance is available on request.
